Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order. Where available, a faster shipping option may be offered at checkout for an extra fee, which is always shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries shown at checkout, including countries in the European Union and the United States. A few products may be available for delivery to certain countries only. If an item can't be shipped to your country, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes:

Europe: 8–12 business days
United States: 6–10 business days
Other countries: may take longer

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Orders shipped in more than one package

Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our Track Your Order page. The first tracking update can take 2–3 business days to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. Some countries may charge import duties or fees on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Late or missing orders

If your order is more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery date, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
