Valens Fashion operates this website and sells clothing, shoes, bags and jewelry for women, men and kids.
The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

This website is operated by Brayan Georgiev Markov, trading as Valens Fashion. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Valens Fashion. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, sizes and descriptions

We do our best to display product colors, sizes and details accurately, but your screen and the product may differ slightly.
Sizes can vary between styles and brands. Please check the size information on each product page, and ask us in the chat if you're unsure.
Follow the care label on each item. Jewelry should be kept dry and away from perfume and lotions.
Children's clothing should be used as intended for the age shown, and young children should be supervised when wearing items with small buttons or decorations.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in our store and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a refund.

5. Promotions and bundle discounts

Automatic bundle discounts apply as shown on our product pages: 2 items save 10%, 3 items save 15%, 4 or more items save 20%. You can mix and match any products, and the discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout.
Only one bundle discount applies per order (the highest one you qualify for).
We may change or end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a change keep the offer that applied when they were placed.

6. How the contract is formed

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. The contract of sale is formed when we send you that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.

8. Shipping, returns and withdrawal

Shipping, returns and the EU right of withdrawal are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Accuracy of information

We try to keep all information on this site correct and up to date, but we may make corrections or updates at any time without notice.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as package tracking services or our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valens Fashion is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
